Orders placed before *3pm (GMT) will be dispatch the same day, orders placed after 3pm (GMT) will be dispatched the next working day.
The warehouse is open Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (GMT) and is closed on Scottish Bank Holidays.

Shipping Service & Standards
All orders shipped within the UK, will be shipped free of charge and the will be shipped Royal Mail 48. This is what we refer to as standard *(STD) shipping.
The normal delivery time from when the package has left our warehouse is:
- Standard (STD) (2-3 days) is Royal Mail 48 in the UK.
- Express (1-2 days) is Royal Mail 24 in the UK. (please call 0141 637 7001 to arrange)
- Special Delivery Tracked is Royal Mail Special Delivery, Guaranteed by 1pm in the UK. (or for heavier items these will be sent DPD) (please call 0141 637 7001 to arrange)
- Saturday Guaranteed is Royal Mail Saturday Guaranteed in the UK. (please call 0141 637 7001 to arrange)
You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should be entered in the “Ship to a Different Address?” section found at the bottom of the “Checkout” page.
The freight charge depends on your delivery address.
How much is the shipping charge?
We ship all over the world, and the shipping charge depends on your delivery address and the weight of your order. The shipping charges will be calculated automatically at checkout once you have confirmed the delivery destination. You can also find this information below.

*If ordering before 3pm on a Friday this will be sent by Royal Mail Saturday Guaranteed at £10.
Special Delivery packages are Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm (or Royal Mail Saturday Guaranteed 1pm) and will require a signature upon delivery. These goods are delivered by Royal Mail or for heavier items these will be sent DPD. Royal Mail Saturday Guaranteed 1pm has a surcharge for every 500g.
GBP 8.00 for order up to 500g.
There is an additional GBP 3.00 for every 500g and GBP 8.00 for every 2000g.
This service is Royal Mail Tracked and your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed.

It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The shipping will not be refunded. It is not possible to change your order once it has been shipped, this also includes changing the delivery address or payment method.
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer services team on 0141 637 7001 or you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. If you choose to send us an email, please include as many details of the issue as possible including your order number as well as a picture as a visual is always helpful.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased product, but not the original shipping.
All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.
You must pay for the shipping to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
You always have a 12 months warranty period if something is wrong with the product. Your claim should be sent to us as soon as possible. If your claim is justified we will refund your reasonable shipping expenses.
How to return a product
Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details, we will not be able to process your refund. Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem is necessary – if you have a claim. Remember to provide us with a receipt for your shipping charges if we have to reimburse them.
